The All of Us Research Program is a large research program led by the National Institutes of Health. Its mission is to speed up health research and medical breakthroughs. To do this, the All of Us Research Program is asking one million or more people to confidentially share their health information to build the largest health database of its kind.

We have all been personally affected by disease. We can all understand how hopeless it can feel to watch a loved one struggle with health problems. While sickness and disease are a reality in our lives, we all have the power to help make things better for future generations.
