How Can I Join & Receive Prizes?
Becoming a HerO is a breeze! If you are type O, please complete the form below to commit to being a HerO in 2024. You must provide your Donor ID, mailing address, and email for prize delivery. Without this commitment form, we will not be able to send prizes to you throughout the year.
Second, you must donate by walking in or scheduling your appointment! Donate whole blood TWICE or opt for double red cells once during each 4-month period listed below. Already donated during an eligibility period? No worries, just sign up using the same form below BEFORE THE PERIOD ENDS and ensure that you reach the required donations during the current eligibility period to receive your prize! Track your progress using the stamp card inside the HerO brochure. If you are donating under specific medical advisement as a therapeutic donor, we sincerely value your donation but you will not be eligible for the loyalty prizes.
2024 Period Dates
Period 1: January 1st - April 30th - DEADLINE TO SIGN UP IS APRIL 30TH! We cannot send tumblers after this deadline.
Period 2: May 1st - August 31st
Period 3: September 1st - December 31st

Donate whole blood twice or double red cells once May 1st - August 31st and receive this $50 eGift card. With tons of vendors to choose from, like Amazon, Target, Walmart and more, you’ll be able to pick your own reward for your lifesaving gift!
Period 3 Prize
Donate whole blood twice or double red cells once September 1st - December 31st and receive a Woven Tapestry Throw. This cozy throw features a fringed edge finish and woven Type HerO Local Lifesaver imagery!
