Cord of Courage
The Cord of Courage program recognizes high school seniors who have made the selfless decision to give someone the gift of life through the selfless act of blood donation or recruiting blood donors. Students at participating schools who complete a required number of donations before they graduate receive a special cord to wear at their graduation ceremony and may be able to receive a special edition cord if they go above and beyond.
HIGH SCHOOL HEROES GRANT PROGRAM
Our High School Heroes Grant Program is a partnership that helps High Schools provide more educational opportunities and resources while saving lives in our community.
16 and 17 year old donors are able to donate, but 16 year old donors require a consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian. 17 year old donors do not need a parental consent. Click below for a copy of this consent.
